We ship worldwide.
We endeavour to ship goods as quickly as possible, but please allow 28 days for delivery. All orders are sent Special Delivery and should arrive within 7 working days of being posted. (within the UK, overseas order may take longer) We will advise you of when your order has been dispatched.
All goods are fully insured in transit. If any item does not arrive in pristine condition then please contact us immediately.
We are based in Surrey UK and personal visitors are welcome by appointment. We also offer Jewellery and crystal parties.
We accept returns on the basis that goods are returned within 3 days of receipt and are received by us within 7 working days. When returning goods please state the exact reason why you are returning the item.
A 5% handling fee will be charged for all goods returned.
We expect returned good to arrive back with us in exactly the same condition they were sent out.
Please ensure that returned goods are insured via the post office’s official outlines. Anyone claiming to have had goods lost in the post without full and proper proof of sending Special Delivery from the post Office, will not be refunded.
